Who I Am.

I am a facilitator, peace maker, bridge-builder, community builder, process worker, writer, poet, musician, guide, changemaker, pilgrim on the path of the heart, mystic, healer, scholar, holistic systems thinker, educator.


I bring change and transformation to people’s lives & organisations
I help people think things through and get clarity and direction
I bring cohesion and coherence
I lead from within, guided by my intuition and my strong connection to the (wisdom of the) Earth

I am passionate about learning, systems thinking, environmental and social justice, working with groups (dynamics), Processwork, conflict transformation, heart-centred courageous co-creative leadership, deep listening and sharing, asking meaningful questions, meditation, philosophy, listening to and learning from the land and the ocean.

I am committed to healing and to being in service to humanity, the earth and all life. 

I hold a BSc in Ecology and Conservation (University of Sussex, UK) and a MA in Global Studies (University of Graz, AT).
I am a Phase I student of Process-Oriented Psychology with the Processwork UK School, and have also trained in Process-Oriented Facilitation, Processwork and World Work with CFor London, Findhorn College, Processwork Institute, Scuola del Arte de Processo Italia, and Institut für Prozessarbeit Deutschland.
