My Philosophy.
I believe that our times need a different kind of leadership - in fact, I believe it needs everyone to step up into their unique leadership based on values like care, compassion, love, respect, authenticity, wisdom and integrity.
I believe that within everyone lies a unique gift, a unique puzzle piece that is waiting to be uncovered and revealed for the greater good of all/higher purpose.
I am striving to support everyone around me to grow into this conscious leader - supporting everyone to be the best self they can be to show up for the whole.
I am striving to bridge all the different worlds I move between, I am constantly working on myself to better hold the plurality and cherish the diversity, in order to not play into polarisations. I am committed to honouring the collective wisdom that is already present and to further catalyze it by co-creating with all forms of life.
I believe that womxn need to get together, to connect and heal the wounds caused by centuries of patriarchal divide-and-conquer tactics, so we can stand in solidarity WITH each other and not AGAINST each other. And from there, we can access our innate cyclical female wisdom and begin living and building lives and systems in harmony with it so we can begin shifting our lives, as well as the bigger systems, back towards balance.
I believe that the micro and macro are intimately connected, that what happens within me is a reflection of what happens around me and hence, that whenever I work on something within me it will also shift something outside of me, and vice versa.
I am committed to coming back to wholeness by accepting all that is and witnessing it with loving-compassionate openness and kind-hearted curiosity. Through this, I believe that we can heal and shift old wounds and patterns so they no longer sabotage or influence us in the way we show up for ourselves and the world - so we no longer act from fear and pain, but love and trust.
